Mom's Low-Fat Lasagna

  1. Brown turkey.
  2. Add sauce and juice.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, egg substitute, pepper together and little garlic powder; set aside.
  5. Pour 1 cup of sauce into 9X12" pan.
  6. Place 3 uncooked noodles on top.
  7. Add 1/2 of cheese filling.
  8. Repeat sauce - noodles - filling to the top with layer of noodles then sauce to end.
  9. Cover with foil and Bake at 350 for one hour.
  10. Remove foil and sprinkle parmeson and back another 10 minutes without the foil.
  11. Noodles should be fully cooked before removing from oven.
