Lemon Poppyseed Cake

• 1 package cake mix, yellow
• 1 package instant pudding mix, lemon
• 13 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup water
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 4 tablespoons poppy seed

1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Generously grease and flour pan.
3. Blend all ingredients in large bowl; beat at medium speed 2 to 3 minutes, or until well blended.
4. Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
