Asian Joe Wraps - Weight Watchers

  1. Saute the scallions and minced garlic in the peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender.
  2. Crumble in the turkey and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato puree, hoisin sauce, and ground ginger.
  4. Bring just to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Place a large cabbage leaf on each of the 2 warmed tortillas and place half the turkey filling on top of each one; roll up to enclose.
