Basic Biscuits Recipe

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt.
  2. Cut in shortening and lowfat milk.
  3. Stir into soft ball.
  4. Turn dough onto floured board.
  5. Knead lightly 20 to 25 min.
  6. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Cut with floured biscuit cutter.
  8. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12 min.
