Cheesy Chicken & Chilies Tortilla Rollups

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In large pan, cook onion in oil until tender crisp.
  3. Drain the tomatoes and chilies, reserving the liquid.
  4. Add liquid and oregano to pan.
  5. Cook at high heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in chicken and chilies; remove from heat.
  7. Spoon mixture onto each tortilla and roll up.
  8. Place in 9x13-inch pan.
  9. Chop tomatoes then stir in vinegar.
  10. Pour over roll ups.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese.
  12. Heat in oven until cheese has melted.
  13. Serve with sour cream if desired.
