Ham and Egg Pie As I Learned It
- 2 cups finely chopped ham
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup bechamel sauce, with the
- mustard, of your choice
- 2 pie crusts
- Chop the ham in small dice.
- Nestle the hardboiled eggs into the ham.
- Cover with the bechamel.
- Top with the other crust.
- Bake until brown and golden.
