Donut Holes Made with Pancake Mix & Milk

  1. Pour the milk into a plastic bag with pancake mix.
  2. Tie the end closed with a rubber band and mix it by kneading the bag.
  3. Chill the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Scoop out spoonfuls of batter and place on a cutting board coated with flour.
  5. Roll to form neat balls.
  6. Deep-fry in 170C oil until golden brown.
  7. Dust with sugar to finish.
  8. Depending on the brand of pancake mix, there may be egg or flour, so make sure to check the labels.
