Vickys Vegan Pesto with Nut-Free Option

  1. Toast the nuts under the grill or in a dry frying pan until lightly browned
  2. When they've cooled put them, with the rest of the ingredients, into a blender and puree
  3. Season to taste and serve on pizza, pasta, fish, fries, burgers anything you like!
