Peach and Cucumber Salsa

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Stir to blend before serving.)
