Burmese Noodles ( Noodle Ki Burmese Subzi ) Recipe

  1. Boil the noodles in plenty of water till soft.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat the oil and add in the carrots and peas.
  4. Stir fry for a minute.
  5. Add in all the other ingredients except the coriander and mix well.
  6. Cook till the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Add in the cooked noodles mix gently and serve warm sprinkled with coriander.
  8. An indian version of a dish which is borrowed from the neighbounng country of Myanmar.
  9. Serves 4

rice noodles, sunflower oil, canrots, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli pwdr, garam masala, coriander leaves
