Creamy Cheddar Asparagus
- 1-1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- Microwave asparagus and water in covered 2-qt.
- microwaveable casserole on HIGH 4 to 5 min.
- or until asparagus is crisp-tender; drain.
- Mix remaining ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave 2 min.
- or until cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring after each minute.
- Serve asparagus topped with cheese sauce.
