Gorgonzola Ziti

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, 4 tablespoons green onions and butter in small bowl.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Place remaining green onions, milk, cream cheese and Gorgonzola cheese in 12-inch nonstick skillet.
  6. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted--about 3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add cooked pasta, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; mix lightly.
  9. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
  10. Serve immediately.
