Fudgy Ice Cream Sandwiches

  1. Heat oven to 350F Line two 8-inch square pans with foil.
  2. In each pan, place half of cookie dough; press evenly in bottoms.
  3. Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool in pans completely, about 20 minutes.
  5. Press edges flat.
  6. Remove cookies from pans by lifting foil.
  7. Invert cookies onto work surface; remove foil.
  8. Spread each cookie with fudge topping.

  16. Cut into 12 sandwiches.
