Crispy Oat Cookies (Healthy!)

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients and drop spoonfuls on pan sprayed with Pam.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until toasty brown.
  4. I like to cook them a little longer to make them crisp.
