An Easy Side Dish Salad with Crispy Bacon and Daikon Radish

  1. Peal the skin off the daikon radish.
  2. Slice with a slicer and cut it in about 3 mm strips.
  3. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Rub with salt immediately.
  5. Once it wilts and some water is coming out, rinse with water and drain in a sieve.
  6. Cut the bacon into thin strips~
  7. Stir-fry without oil (I am using a small frying pan).
  8. Cover it with a lid if the oil jumps out of the pan too much and leave it alone.
  9. Stop the heat when it becomes like this.
  10. Transfer the daikon radish to a bowl while squeezing.
  11. Add the ingredients and mix.
  12. When the ingredients has mixed evenly, add the bacon including the oil and mix.
  13. Done!

radish, bacon, salt, ponzu, lemon juice
