Creamy Garlic And Herb Veggie Pasta Pot
- 1 quart Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Fresh Snow Peas
- 1 cup Fresh Mixed Peppers (Red, Yellow, Orange)
- 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 cup Fresh Carrots
- 1 cup Fresh Broccoli
- 1/3 cup Fettuccini Pasta
- 1/3 cup Rice (any kind)
- 1/3 cup Pasta Shells
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 3 cup Milk
- Take a large cooking pot and pour in the veggie stock and fresh veggies.
- Add in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
- In a separate pot combine butter, cream cheese, and milk.
- Brink milk mixture to a boil.
- Add in pasta and rice.
- Allow both pots to cook all the way.
- Veggies should only be done Al'dente.
- (Veggies cook 5 minutes after broth has boiled) (pasta should take 15 minutes)
- Combine in a large bowl, and serve.
