Peanut Butter-Striped Delight

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  2. Refrigerate 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp.
  4. milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  5. Add 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; mix well.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk in separate bowl with whisk 2 min.
  8. Add peanut butter; mix well.
  9. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. or until thickened.
  12. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
