Pepper Shrimp

  1. Rinse shrimp, and pat dry .
  2. On a flat plate or saucer, combine paprika, parsley , bread crumbs, pepper, and parmesan cheese .
  3. Dip shrimp in egg whites, careful to cover each side .
  4. Roll shrimp in bread crumb mix , and set aside on a sheet of wax paper or aluminum foil .
  5. Place shrimp in freezer for approx.
  6. 20 minutes .
  7. Preheat your burner to just a little over medium, or however you see fit .
  8. Normally, I use butter, but any non-stick spray cans work .
  9. Fry your shrimp, turning it over on it's side every few minutes .
  10. & remember , you'll want to overcook it just a little so it's not raw inside .
