Pepper Shrimp
- 1 box raw shrimp
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 3/4 cup pepper
- 2 tsp parmesan cheese
- 2 egg whites
- Rinse shrimp, and pat dry .
- On a flat plate or saucer, combine paprika, parsley , bread crumbs, pepper, and parmesan cheese .
- Dip shrimp in egg whites, careful to cover each side .
- Roll shrimp in bread crumb mix , and set aside on a sheet of wax paper or aluminum foil .
- Place shrimp in freezer for approx.
- 20 minutes .
- Preheat your burner to just a little over medium, or however you see fit .
- Normally, I use butter, but any non-stick spray cans work .
- Fry your shrimp, turning it over on it's side every few minutes .
- & remember , you'll want to overcook it just a little so it's not raw inside .
