Spicy Black Bean Salad
- 4 cups cooked black beans (prepared without salt)
- 2 large oranges, peeled, sectioned
- 2/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- lettuce leaves
- lightly salted woven wheat cracker
- Mix all ingredients except lettuce and crackers in bowl, stirring gently.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
- Serve salad on lettuce with crackers.
