Individual Buffalo-Style Chicken Pizza
- 4 prebaked mini prepared pizza crust
- 2 cups cubed chicken
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 14 cup hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing or 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Place crusts on an ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, butter, and pepper sauce.
- Spread`salad dressing over crusts,.
- Top with chicken mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
