Midwest Creamy Corn & Potato Chowder Recipe

  1. In a large saucepan, heat butter and saute/fry onion, celery and carrot till soft, about 5 min.
  2. Stir in chips and flour.
  3. Gradually stir in broth, corn and Half & Half.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in salt and pepper to taste.
