Salmon With Tomato Sauce
- 3 Salmon
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Leek Stalks
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Soy Sauce
- 250 grams Pasta
- Peel and cube garlic, carrots, leek and tomatoes
- Cook pasta according to the package
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Bake the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side and set aside
- Add the garlic and stir until glazed
- Add the carrots and stir until softened
- Add the leek and mix well
- Separate the carrots and leek to one half of the skillet and add the tomatoes to the other empty half
- Add parsley over the tomatoes
- Once disolved mix all together
- Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well
- Put the salmon on top of the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes on each side
- First add pasta to a plate and then top with salmon and vegetables
