Salmon With Tomato Sauce

  1. Peel and cube garlic, carrots, leek and tomatoes
  2. Cook pasta according to the package
  3. Heat oil in a skillet
  4. Bake the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side and set aside
  5. Add the garlic and stir until glazed
  6. Add the carrots and stir until softened
  7. Add the leek and mix well
  8. Separate the carrots and leek to one half of the skillet and add the tomatoes to the other empty half
  9. Add parsley over the tomatoes
  10. Once disolved mix all together
  11. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well
  12. Put the salmon on top of the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes on each side
  13. First add pasta to a plate and then top with salmon and vegetables
