Pizza sauce

  1. Chop the tomatoes and place in blender with garlic and chilli pepper.
  2. Blend until it becomes a smooth mixture.
  3. Pour the blended tomato mixture in a saucepan and cook it on low heat.
  4. Add the olive oil, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Once cooked remove from heat and allow to cool.
  7. This can be used straight away or placed in jars and can be kept in the fridge for approximetly a week.
