Grilled Mojo BBQ Ribs

  1. Quarter 2 oranges; place in large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Squeeze oranges to release juice; add ribs, onions, cilantro, dressing, garlic and pepper.
  3. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat ribs with marinade.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  5. Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with half the marinade ingredients.
  6. Fold to make packet.
  7. Repeat with remaining ribs.
  8. Heat barbecue to medium-low heat.
  9. Grill packets 1 hour or until ribs are done.
  10. Remove ribs from packets.
  11. Discard marinade ingredients.
  12. Grill ribs 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
  13. Place ribs on serving plate.
  14. Cut remaining orange in half; squeeze juice over ribs.
  15. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce.
