Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper

  1. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle on the salt and pepper for pre-seasoning and rub it in.
  2. Roughly chop the cabbage.
  3. Heat a pan over high heat and then add the pork belly.
  4. The fat in the pork belly will melt, so it's not necessary to use oil.
  5. The pork will stick to the pan at first, so leave it without stirring for 30 seconds.
  6. Then stir-fry using a wooden spatula.
  7. Add the salt and pepper for seasoning and stir-fry.
  8. When it's cooked through, push the meat to the side of the pan and add the cabbage.
  9. Pile the pork on top of the cabbage.
  10. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 1 minute.
  11. Stir and then steam for 1 minute more (This will make the cabbage delicious).
  12. Turn off the heat, drizzle on the sesame oil, and it's done.
