Fresh Flower/Herb Syrup

  1. Join all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Mix well until sugar and citric acid are dissolved.
  3. Let sit 2 days.
  4. Sieve and bring to boil.
  5. Fill the hot syrup in bottles (be careful while working with hot syrup).
  6. Serve with cold water or mineral water.
  7. Ideas: Use this syrup on plain yogurt, on ice cream, with sparkling wine, and many other ways.
