15-Minute Jambalaya
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- Bring all ingredients except rice to boil in large skillet on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min.
- or until bouillon is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Cook 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
