15-Minute Jambalaya

  1. Bring all ingredients except rice to boil in large skillet on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Simmer on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min.
  3. or until bouillon is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in rice; cover.
  5. Cook 5 min.
  6. Fluff with fork.
