Dazzled Lemon Honey Chicken

  1. First you will have to marinate the room temperature chicken with rice flour and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and let it be soaked in for about an hour.
  2. An hour later fry them by using the vegetable oil till they turn into slightly brown as shown in the next picture.
  3. So this is how it looks after frying them.
  4. For the sauce you will have to saute the onions with a little bit of vegetable oil till they turn golden brown.
  5. Then, add the chicken stock, soy sauce, the other 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, honey and lemon juice.
  6. While it turns to boiling level kindly lower down the heat and add the cornstarch.
  7. Reminder: mix a little bit of water with the cornstarch and make it into a liquid form so that it won't be in a glue form.
  8. Add some salt and give a turnover to the sauce and mix it with the fried chicken.
  9. Serve it with some fresh fine chopped cilantro.
