Rootbeer Brownie Cake W/chocolate rootbeer frosting

  1. for the brownie cake:
  2. preheat oven to 350F
  3. combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. pour mix into a greased 8x9 pan.
  5. bake 24-28 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. let cool.
  7. meanwhile for the frosting:
  8. combine butter, cocoa and rootbeer.
  9. mix well.
  10. add powdered sugar a cup at a time until u have no sugar left.
  11. mixing well.
  12. when brownie cake is cooled frost with frosting.
  13. add topping of choice..
  14. I chose sprinkles this time.
  15. serve and enjoy!
  16. hint: if u want a bit more rootbeer flavor add a few drops of rootbeer extract to the cake and the frosting.
  17. hint: the high end rootbeer is better.. gives it a much better flavor than a mild generic rootbeer..
  18. (this makes enough frosting to frost two brownie cakes..
  19. I used it all on one cake cuz we like a lot of frosting.
  20. but frosting is very sweet so u may only want to use half the frosting)

brownie mix, vegetable oil, egg, milk, butter, carbonated soda, baking unsweetened cocoa, powdered sugar, much
