Choose Your Own Adventure Easy Toss-N-Bake Potatoes

• 6 -8 potatoes, well scrubbed
• 14 cup olive oil
• parmesan cheese
• fresh chives
• barbecue seasoning
• garlic powder
• taco seasoning
• creole seasoning

1. Scrub and quarter potatoes.
2. Put in ziplock bag with olive oil and toss until well coated.
3. Add seasoning of choice and shake again.
4. Pour out on an uncovered pan or dish.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
6. Serve with sour cream, ranch dressing, etc., if desired.
