Clams Casino Dip

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp; drain.
  3. Return bacon to skillet.
  4. Add next 3 ingredients; cook 5 to 8 min.
  5. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
  6. Stir in wine; cook 3 min.
  7. or until liquid is cooked off, stirring frequently.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add cream cheese, clams and 2 Tbsp.
  10. Parmesan; mix well.
  11. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  12. Finely crush 8 crackers; mix with remaining Parmesan.
  13. Sprinkle over dip.
  14. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  15. or until hot and bubbly.
  16. Serve with additional crackers.
