Soysage

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Oil oven-proof bowl or empty tin can.
  3. Fill it and cover with foil.
  4. Steam on rack for 1 1/2 hours, or pressure cook in 5 cups water for 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool, then slice and fry.
