Keema Tarts

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in meat and seasonings; cook 5 min.
  6. or just until meat is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  7. (Meat will not be done.)
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add cream cheese product; stir until melted.
  10. Place tart shells on baking sheet; fill with meat mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp.
  11. to each.
  12. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  13. or until meat is done and shells are golden brown.
  14. Top with coriander.
