Rich Coconut Cake or Sweet Bread Topping

• 14 cup butter, soft
• 14 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup coconut, sweet shredded

1. Mix the everything in a bowl.
2. Spread evenly over the warm cake (it can still be in the pan).
3. Place 2 inches below your broiler for 2-4 minutes -- just until lightly browned.
4. Cool on a wire rack.
