Steak Marinade
- 10 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup red wine vinegar
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 ounces Bourbon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Combine all ingredients in Ziplock Freezer bag.
- Shake well.
- Add steaks.
- Remove as much air as possible before sealing bag.
- Place in refrigerator.
- Allow to marinade for at least 2 hours (overnight if possible).
- Same recipe can be used for fish steaks such as Ahi Tuna, sword fish or shark with the addition of 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger root.
