Steak Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients in Ziplock Freezer bag.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Add steaks.
  4. Remove as much air as possible before sealing bag.
  5. Place in refrigerator.
  6. Allow to marinade for at least 2 hours (overnight if possible).
  7. Same recipe can be used for fish steaks such as Ahi Tuna, sword fish or shark with the addition of 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger root.
