Cream Cheese Candy

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and extract.
  2. Beat in 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, knead in remaining confectioners sugar until smooth.
  3. Shape into 1/2 inch balls.
  4. Roll in colored red or green sugar if desired.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with a fork.
  6. Let stand for about an hour to harden.
  7. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
  8. Notes:.
  9. Almond extract may also be used.
  10. Servings are a guess.
  11. Cooking time is refrigerator time.
