Hashbrown Potato Bake Recipe
- 2 pound frzn shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4-1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 c. cream of mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- Mix together and spread in 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
- Sprinkle 2 c. shredded American cheese followed by 2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered with foil.
- Remove foil last 15 min.
