Moroccan Tomato Soup

  1. In a slow cooker combine onions, sugar, garlic, chili powder, cumin, pepper, salt, cayenne and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, water, paste and vinegar.
  3. Cook on low for 5 to 8 hours.
  4. Add peanut butter, using immersion blender, puree until smooth.
