Chicken Casserole/Salad

  1. Mix chicken, mayo, soup, eggs, celery, onion, and cracker crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Spread into an 8x8 pan.
  3. Top with crushed potato chips.
  4. Bake at 350 for twenty minutes.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
  6. If cold, serve over bed of lettuce with Ritz crackers.
