Praline Sweet Potatoes

• 2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 7), cooked, peeled
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, divided
• 1 tsp. ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp. orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
• 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
• 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Mash potatoes in large bowl.
3. Add dressing, 1/4 cup sugar, ginger and zest; mix well.
4. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
5. casserole.
6. Combine nuts, remaining sugar, butter and cinnamon; sprinkle over potato mixture.
7. Bake 30 min.
8. or until heated through.
