Chili Meatloaf
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon dried mustard
- 12-1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 12 cup evaporated milk
- 13 cup breadcrumbs
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Combine sauce ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix half of the sauce with your loaf mix.
- Form a loaf.
- Pour other half of sauce on loaf.
- Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minute on 350.
