Easy-simmered Enoki and Wood Ear Mushrooms

  1. Hydrate the wood ear mushrooms and chop into thin strips.
  2. Slice off the stem of enoki mushrooms and cut in half.
  3. Throw everything into a pot and simmer until the liquid is gone.
  4. Then it's ready to eat.
