Berry Ice Cream Log

  1. Beat Philly* until smooth.
  2. Beat in the sugar, milk and vanilla essence.
  3. Fold in egg whites.
  4. Pour mixture into a 5-6 cup Kugelhopf mould, freeze for 1 hour.
  5. Sprinkle berries over mixture and gently press in.
  6. Cover and return to freezer until firm.
  7. Cut into wedges to serve.
