Mulligatawny

  1. Melt butter and fry onion, stir in curry.
  2. Add rest of veg, lentils and stock.
  3. Bring to boil, cover loosely reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins.
  4. until veg and lentils are perfectly tender.
