Blistered Peaches With Kaffir Lime Ice

  1. Grate the rind from 2 of the limes and juice all five.
  2. Place the rind, juice, chillies and sugar in a bowl and mix.
  3. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the chillies and beat in the creme fraiche.
  5. Spoon into a lidded container and freeze - no need to stir.
  6. When ready to serve allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the peaches with allspice and sugar and smear with butter.
  8. Grill until sugar is brown and bubbly.
