Cappuccino Crinkles
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs (whites only)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Coarse grain sugar or sugar
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place butter into bowl; beat at medium speed 30 seconds.
- Add brown sugar, cocoa, coffee granules, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Continue beating, scraping bowl occasionally, until well mixed.
- Add yogurt and egg whites; continue beating until well mixed.
- Add flour; beat at low speed until well mixed.
- Place coarse grain sugar into bowl.
- Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar to coat.
- Place balls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are firm.
- Remove cookies to cooling rack; cool completely.
