The Properly Combined Sandwhich
- 2 whole wheat bread, slices lightly toasted
- 1 tomatoes, inch thick slices
- 1 cucumber, lengthwise slices
- 2 avocados, slices
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 mixed sprouts
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise or 2 teaspoons mustard or 1 teaspoon butter
- Combine in any way.
- But recommended by the book that you only eat one a day.
