Lemon-Basil Quinoa

  1. Bring water to boil in small saucepan.
  2. Add quinoa; cover.
  3. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. Spoon into large bowl.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  8. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip, Italian dressing and lemon juice until blended.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  10. Fluff quinoa with fork.
  11. Add Miracle Whip mixture and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
