Butterscotch Brownie Mix Recipe

  1. Layer ingredients in order given in a 1-qt wide-mouth canning jar.
  2. Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient.
  3. * Baker's Angel Flake Coconut is good.
  4. Frzn coconut tends to be dry out.
  5. Attach this to the Jar
  6. Butterscotch Brownies
  7. Makes 2 dozen brownies
  8. Place contents of jar in a large mixing bowl.
  9. Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
  10. Add in:3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter (not whipped or possibly soft kind)
  11. 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  12. 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  13. Mix till completely blended.
  14. Spread batter into a sprayed 9x13 metal pan.
  15. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 min.
  16. Cold 15 min in baking pan.
  17. Cut brownies into 1 1/2 inch squares.
