- Put a heavy fry pan on to heat; cast iron would be best.
- You could also use a toaster that opens to taost sandwiches.
- Layer your turkey and cheese on one slice and top with the other.
- Add coleslaw at this time if you are using it.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of each piece of bread.
- Put the sandwich in the fry pan and weight it down with a plate topped with a heavy can of veggies, or whatever you have.
- When one side is done, flip over and weight it down again, cooking until the cheese is melted and both slices of bread are toasted.
- Plate, slice, and enjoy!
- Maybe with a few chips, a nice kosher pickle, and a big glass of your fav beverage?
